- Account setup fee: $20.00
- Annual administration fee: $39.00 reduced to $36.00 for employer sponsored enrollments
— Administrative fees are payable direct in advance - Mutual Fund customers (no debit card)
- Custodial fee: 0.0008 per quarter times account balance, capped at $20,000 account balance per fund. Mutual Fund Account maintenance fees will be deducted from account balance quarterly
- Fulton Bank Debit Card Customers (not mutual funds)
- $2.00 per month for balances under $2,500
- Checks: $8.25 for 25 checks
- Transfer to Another HSA Custodian: $25.00
- Quarterly statements mailed via US Postal Service: $10.00 per year, deducted from account.
There are no deposit fees, no per check fees and no fee to close the account.
