Important Dates

Please note these upcoming dates:

December 24, 2012 - Health Savings Administrators will be closing at Noon.
December 31, 2012 - Health Savings Administrators will be closing early.
January 1 to April 15, 2013 – Contributions can be made for tax year 2012 and tax year 2013.  Be sure to specify the correct tax year for your contribution.
January 31 – Form 1099-SA mailed out.  A copy will be sent to the IRS.  Form 1099-SA reports the withdrawals form the HSA between January 1 and December 31 of the previous tax year.
April 15, 2013 – Last day to make contributions to your HSA for Tax year 2012 – Contributions must be RECEIVED in our office by this date.
May 31 –Form 5498-SA mailed out.  A copy will be sent to the IRS.  Form 5498-SA reports all contributions made Between January1, 2012 and December 31, 2012 for Tax Years 2011 and 2012. This form also includes all contributions made between January 1, 2013 and April 15, 2013 for Tax Year 2012.
June – Treasury Department announces HSA contribution limits for Tax Year 2013
