Health Savings Administrators is pleased to provide you with the following reports to keep you informed and assist you in tracking your health savings account.
- An “Explanation of Payment” report with each reimbursement
- Quarterly statement summarizing your mutual fund account activity and balance. Debit Card holders receive monthly statements directly from Fulton Bank.
- Tax forms as required by IRS
